Most Embarrassing Moment in Triathlon: Lake Triathlon '99, I was having a bad bike leg and I just didn't feel right -- so I out of the race and went for a long run. It was the only time in my life that I failed to finish something I started. I'll never do that again.

What got you into doing triathlons?: Running injuries. I needed a break from running 7 days a week, so started cross-training with cycling, then swimming.
